12+ years managing high-stakes infrastructure projects — Solar EPC, hybrid energy systems, construction — in off-grid locations across Indonesia. Remote islands. Jungle sites. Papua. IKN national capital development area.
No stable internet. No reliable logistics. No margin for missed deadlines.
That environment teaches a specific kind of discipline: own the execution layer completely, or the project fails. I delivered 100+ MWp across the portfolio under those conditions.
Now I apply that same discipline to digital remote operations. The tools are different. The principle isn't.

I build automated systems that reduce repetitive ops work — from content pipelines to inbox triage. Using n8n, Claude Projects, and custom Google Sheets systems that actually get used.
Operations Architecture
SOPs, KPI tracking dashboards, milestone gatekeeping checklists — the documented systems that keep work moving even when you're not watching. Built to be handed off and self-managed.
